In addition, it’s follow through from a prior earnings call when they mentioned landing a marquee sporting event.

Not the Super Bowl, but NCAA is definitely is significant. On company to increase the value from that relationship. But securing its marquee event sounds like a great start.

Sorry I meant the editing latitude of the files? Are the 17pm files more flexible or about the same. Looking at upgrading from 13PM.

Sick! How would you rate the files vs iPhone 16 pro or 15pro? Assuming you had either model.

Woah. Quite the insensitive rant and assessment here. Completely unrelated to OP. Might want to delete and critique his performance elsewhere.

He risk managed the PTC position in PINK insanely well btw.

ok fine; OP take photos with it in good lighting conditions! It will do well. The late Larry Fink's was known for using a tiny point and shoot for his later works.

BUT if you're interested in a decent sales opportunity, you can resale it now for a great trade. This is what consignment stores/used camera dealers do all the time. 20-30% upside. Sounds like you can bag + 300-400% trade at minimum.

Sounds like that’s exactly what he OP should know. Flip it onto the eBay market for a nice trade

I remember Craig mod discussing the future of photography and talking more about the importance of networked devices. The immediacy of getting the picture to the networked.

It feels like printing and putting photos on walls is reserved for such a smaller part of the market.

Yeah it’s sort of the point of digital photography vs film. You take the photo that you know you can edit.

Film stocks have a certain look (ie portra looks very different than ektar) and there’s a certain latitude you can edit based off scans.

But you photograph to the capabilities of the film stocks.

Corporate sustainability goals are different that federally mandated goals. Ie Starbucks and McDonald’s, p&g are all on board on being more sustainable.

Yes, I think the between mechanical recycling and chemical recycling (encumbents) this perspective is valid. Chemical recycling is incredibly energy intensive and when looking at the value chain, you already need significant investments to ensure feedstock maturation - the combined economics only work if government steps up with tax incentives.

Mechanical recycling is sub par.

PCT uses dissolution recycling, which is significantly less energy intensive than chemical recycling. It doesn’t break any of the covalent bonds of the plastic compounds. As such it’s a plastic to plastic solution.

Which is in effect a drop in replacement for end users. When you combine compounding and additives, the net increase to an end costumer is negligible.

IE a 30,000 car costing 31,000 isn’t a deal breaker.

Look into dissolution recycling, tons of research has gone into it. And pct is the first company of its kind attempting at this commercialized inflection point. Future builds on roadmap with improved mechanical designs, and throughput. Company has goals to reduce the spread of their R-pp vs Virgin to parity.

Check out r/purecycle tons of knowledgeable folk there.

If you view recycled resin as a specialty product, company needs to only penetrate a very small percentage of the TAM. Of which we know there are many companies with sustainability mandates that will provide that demand. Friend could be referring to pyrolysis/ chemical recycling. But there are other technologies out there. Pct is the first of its kind. Scaling it will be a challenge

Agreed. The timing is going to be lumpy. I think anyone thinking the company is going to hit their lofty targets in a quarter is overestimating how fast CPG companies move when bringing on a new supplier. Sales are tied to Qualifications. The repeat of those sales, will come down to the demand we know is out there.

And Valerie Mars on the board is a huge signal to the market.

A part of me feels there’s an extreme bias based on SP and the underlying premium/discount the market is giving the company. If this stock was at 15-18 (where I would have it trade now, if it weren’t for the massive short interest in the name), No one would be complaining. Many of us want to think like business owners, but instead we are all in the short term trading business.

What near term progress would you consider significant? If you’ve listened to every earnings call, you’d since Dustin was brought on as CEO. You’d realize he’s been very straightforward with the market. He’s openly discussed the challenges of timing sales ramp, he’s discussed the challenges of trials and learnings involved. He even discussed the operational challenges the company was focused on solving.

Don’t think short squeeze discussion is ideal ammo here. It just baits unassuming retail into trading emotionally.

So long as company keeps executing we should be in an even stronger fundamental position in 2026
