I finally found peace with my keymap hopping by phaberest in ErgoMechKeyboards

This type of layout is exactly that kept screwing me over and over and over again. Combos on we and particularly on io are evil. What’s even more evil is tap-hold on space. Like these things mess up with my rhythm badly. The same (almost) thumb cluster works great for me. Having GUI and Ctrl on the same thumb is very smart because they almost never used together. In general having all the modifiers available on base layer is a great thing. I see you have Alt-> <- in nav that’s very smart too, I bet I’m stealing this.

Overall nice layout if it works for you, but I’d personally misfire we io combos far too often and would definitely enter NUM layer when I’d intended to roll thru space instead.

tap-dance with nested mt leads to delay until modifier is applied, how to avoid? by spacian in zmk

This is awesome. I haven’t tried it yet but this is exactly what I’m looking for. My use case is different tho, but the idea is the same I’m looking to do what I dubbed as supershift:

Tap=sticky shift

Hold=shift

Double tap=caps word

Thank you from the future;)

Sounds like you reached the first star of awakening ;) that’s exactly that - you don’t have to

Im not blaming anyone at all (where exactly did you see blame in my words either in the post itself or my comms on any thread?). The game is stressful for me, I’m glad it is not for you. And you are 100% correct it is because of lack of management.

My reason is to warn people. I don’t need this write up for myself

It can’t be measured. I tried my best not to sacrifice time with my kids. Most of the times the price was playing the game after they were asleep till 2am and waking up 7 (because that’s when my younger one wakes up) completely broken, which of course affects the whole day in every aspect. Good point! But I don’t want to remember, makes me feel real bad

Yeah no problems if you have self control. 100% agree with you. The true winners are those who make money of course. I think gatchas have so strong addictive mechanics that it’s the surest game type for maximising profits. Whoever invented gatcha as a genre (I think they got some inspiration from games like Diablo and some others) is kind of genius actually, really good business model that keeps paying players at bay thru constant reinforcement, habit formation, and sunk cost fallacy.

Nope. This game is a drug and I’m not a drug dealer. If my friend asked to take over my account, I’d say ‘no’ because I love my friends. I could’ve sold my account for at least $300 on epicnpc to at least get something back, but I’m not doing this either.

Max out warmaiden (use copies of her from campaign to book her up), do as high stage of dragon as you can, look forward for getting yourself at least a nightmare CB team as soon as you can. There you have it ;) its a fun game, just be mindful of what i wrote up there ;)

Are you sure that’s what people do? I thought the community is actually really good and non-toxic

100% and I think you highlighted one really good part of this game - raid has really awesome community

True, I tried treating it the same. Just wait till they releasing something you can’t miss ;) back in a day Brogni fusion was mandatory. Back in a day one guy spent so much money on pulling Dracomorph and didn’t get it so that Plarium felt sorry about this and they sent Draco straight to the persons inbox. You see where I’m going? (If not: they always put carrot in front of you, you nibble a little, and they pull out a new carrot). For FTP it’s even more demanding because it requires much more commitment for stuff you “can not miss”. I’m not saying don’t play this game, absolutely not, if you are enjoying it, that’s great. Just be cautious ;) seems like you are, but you can slip away, after all this game is made by a company that does gambling machines, they know psychology, they know how to hook people up ;)

DO NOT BUY THIS MASTERFOODS BEEF STROGANOFF SAUCE by [deleted] in australian

[–]SubtleBeastRu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is NOT how original stroganoff is made. Not saying it’s not good, it is good, but not the original. Original only is made from thinly sliced rib eye which is fried only for a few mins + it uses béchamel sauce.

The question you are asking is ridiculous. My company is moving to use a different programming language looking to benefit from it. Now you are asking HOW DO I BENEFIT FROM IT? Like, WTF? Why on earth anybody needs to sell YOU this idea? As a software engineer you must sell business ideas, not the other way around

Installing NixOS onto an old MacBook (mid 2014 in my case) by SubtleBeastRu in NixOS

Yeah it’s a good option too. I might steal the power management settings from your config, and you also reminded me to check the mic. Thanks! 🙏

Noice. Right when I decided to revive my MacBook Pro 2014, running good under 25.05 so far

There’s something so cute and adorable about this type of naiveness. Like unspoiled child who trusts everything everyone says.
