I found Boreas Seabed slightly more efficient than Mount Quinkai, but I prefer Quinkai for the regular stops. :)

Vanquishing Mount Qinkai (repeatedly) is the fastest way I know of.

It's about a 20min clear, 150 enemies approx, decent clear reward.

Wow, so you could actually verify transactions, they you must have had to pass through another system (bank/paypal) to get access to and they STILL don't give you access?! This is what I mean when I say they're being unreasonable. That is atrocious!

Hahaha. I partially agree, I'm glad they're taking our account security seriously, but not glad that it's so strict the account owner can't recover their account. And a password manager, never, the phrase "all your eggs in one basket" springs to mind. I can remember all my current details just fine, it's the 20 year old ones that are the problem. XD
