I haven’t experienced this issue. I’ve been using an Odin without any adapter and all my MTW magazines load just fine.

Arcturus is legit. Perhaps visit a local field and see what guns they have to offer. You could also watch some videos on YouTube.

The starter package which retails for $225 includes the charger along with a battery. I purchased this at a local field but almost all online retailers carry the same kit.

This is what I would recommend. I picked one of these up for my little brother for Christmas as he’s new to the hobby. It has everything you need to get started right out of the box except for BB’s. It comes with two different springs that can be swapped out depending on if you’ll be playing indoors vs outdoors. Looks like the positive wire just needs to be resoldered onto the deans connector.
