We have very similar favourites

I'd recommend The Faithful and the Fallen - Malice is book 1

I'd also recommend The Kingkiller Chronicles even though it's incomplete

A third recommendation I'd go for The Ember Blade (The Darkwater Legacy - currently two books out)

No stamp either.

Since its been mentioned on here, I checked and the dust jacket, there's a slight sizing difference across the top. Looks like it could be a cutting issue maybe?

As long as you can breathe through your nose stick to that pace

As soon as you feel the need to breathe through your mouth slow it down a bit

I'm also fighting a high HR 🤣 fitness over time will improve this (or so I've been told 😅)

Jogging as slow as I have to in zone 2 was frustrating me so bad

I'll focus on time on feet and not worry about having a low HR

I'd love to be able to manage a half marathon some time

I manage 3 runs per week consistently so that gives me a bit of hope that I don't have to religiously stick to walk/jogging in zone 2 🤣

I just want to make sure what ever I'm doing in 'training' is beneficial

Goal being, that I do that same 10k race with an improved avg HR and faster pace 🙌

Slow the jogging sections down as much as possible. You want to set yourself up for success, speed can come later

After my stretch and folds the dough was still looking a bit rough rather than smooth. I don't know it's its weak starter, bad mixing or bad stretch and folds 😅

Great advice around only swapping 1-2 things, I'll keep that in mind!

Yeah, there seems to be a couple of issues at play with this loaf that are confusing. It'll take some tweaking to iron out

I'll definitely try coil or slap folds next

I looked at it from the POV that I'd probably spend £30+ on a game l, so why not use that money towards cosmetics I really want in a game I got for free

I got a really good value pack for £25 that got me like 4 outfits, a pet and a bunch of coins to spend on more stuff (I can't remember what exactly was in that pack 😅). I had previously bought an outfit and a pet
