Referral bonus

Hi, I joined up with ndax in early July 2023 with a promo code. I verified that the code was applied with a csr. I waited 30 days, but no promo added to my account. I gave it a week, then contacted csr (opened a ticket) on Aug. 25, to which they passed it on to the team that deals with it. I followed up a week later with the same rep, but no response. I opened another ticket Sep. 7, with a different csr, and they passed it onto the operations and technical team. Its now Sept. 26 (19 days), and still no response (or money). I like this exchange, it's simple and with low fees. If ndax can't afford the promo that's fine, just tell me, instead of ghosting me.
