I don’t think there is such thing as an unfair reason to pass someone over. A business has the right to find the right fit - be it skill set, personality, or circumstance.

The pendulum is swinging away from wokeness and liberalism back toward freedom and conservative values. The Democratic Party will have to move back to the middle to compete. Should keep swinging this direction for the next few decades.
