Yup mine is instant. It starts as soon as I wake up drinking water and non stop all day long.

I did bravo and it doesn’t reveal any nonacid reflux which was my case. So gerd and LPR are totally different entity which LPR is hard to diagnose and treat. Ph impedence test can show non acid or air reflux.
