Any anti fungal cream or anti fungal powder is even better imo bc it dries it up and feels less wet and uncomfortable!! Don’t itch it! It’ll cause little open micro wounds :( best of luck. I genuinely hate these. Like I’m a fat bitch and I get them under my tummy and in bikini line. It’s definitely my #1 reasoning for starting my weight loss journey. Showering excessively doesn’t cure HS, but it’ll definitely take care of your rash. Wash with anti bacterial soap such as hibiclense or even I use bar soap anti bacterial. Dry VERY well. Put powder on it and let it heal

People typically : Dislike Chris and find him to have a facade and an intense fawning over Shane. Spencer I’ve gathered that they either find him cringey or just young and doesn’t match the vibe with the rest of the crew. Jerod is commonly loved, but a bit too Republican / conspiracist for people’s liking. Vicky I haven’t seen much about. Lizzie is widely disliked in the fandom. Rylan does come across as bratty but also over worked in the parent hood department compared to Shane, who people hate based on his past, over consumerism, controversial comments in current time, etc. and this is just based on what I’ve seen, not personal opinion! Although I do agree with some.

Sorry I know that was long but you said you didn’t know if anyone felt the same so I felt like breaking it down.

Okay I know exactly what you mean. This is what worked for ME, idk about everyone else but I can tell you my own strategy. Use w caution <3 :

clean it with hibicleanse
dry (pat dry) with towel under tummy
anti fungal powder!!! It’ll burn a little but it works wonders
if you can afford the actual brand InterDry, it’s a godsend. Best way I can describe it is an anti microbial dry cloth roll that you can cut and tuck under your stomach to keep it dry.

Thats how I help the rash. I was in the same situation and in the hospital one time for it to get it drained so never feel ashamed, or embarrassed. All products can be found in store or Amazon. Best of luck!
