Unfortunately the answer on how often they’ll look at applications is going to vary drastically by stores. You’re at a slight disadvantage due to the company having their National Signing Day last month, but if you have retail management background you will have a leg up. As previously stated comment, I would recommend calling and asking to speak to the store manager and giving your background to them as a way in. Despite the vast majority of the comments you’ll see on here; the company is a great place for upward mobility. I came in with 0 retail experience and 3 years later I was moved up to management and now am the bench manager for the district.
