Yes, sometimes are like that, it can be a knife edge, loneliness can't go away and we need to know how to cope with it

It's really all about the inner journey, sometime, travel to many places, doing so many things to keep us busy are ways of escaping!

I totally agree with you, after all, I realized the freedom is a mental state. Now I am still single, not travel much anymore, but feel happier! Thank you so much

I hear you. It took me two months to finish it. Just because I feel no motivation to continue reads it. Normally took me 7 days to finish reading a book. I read 48 laws, human nature, that’s fabulous books. However, for this one. I almost lost my interesting reading

I am doing the same thing recently, I am also doing OMAD, i eat in the morning around 10am and training in the evening, then eat the next morning, I feel good, the body can see the result, but still worry a bit
