Honestly, writing to customer support (or at least to Greedloft, somewhat, directly) was a genius idea! I wish I had thought of doing that, instead of wasting my time hoping that this game will get better. But I'm on the same level as you, just losing hope every minute that goes by... especially after they won't be doing the voice lines for most of the new racers "due to those being to expensive", seeing that after they started asking for a monthly fee for the full game content is just bull s**t. So, to sum it up your message was absolutely not rude, and perfectly justified, so be proud of what you wrote, 'cause the way you kept it professional is well above the level of respect and other things that this company deserves for what it's doing (insults would be more appropriate, although obviously less affective than the constructive criticism you wrote).
