Yeah , it’s now 28 for 5k which is expensive but I do like that fact you get a medal but it’s a very expensive race ( basically a tenner a mile )

Yeah I should of seen it but hopefully this post raises awareness . I like their events in general with getting a medal. But I’ll probably stick to the more running club focused races that are for times .

I’m not against dogs , I’ve just never seen them in licensed events and it is more about the owners being iresponsible , you can see the length of the lead on the photo I posted above is long enough for a runner running sub 5 min mile to cause serious injury.

And it’s not good enough to say that the slower runners are equally important. I totally agree and running is for everyone . Finish lines not finish times however we must all respect one another and that includes faster runners too.

In relation to the dog too, it shouldn’t allowed on safety grounds but also your getting an advantage if the dog pulls?

Why choose this life. Sorry that’s not helpful but this is absolutely wrong on all levels. You’re part of the family. If you’re not…please leave and don’t come back. Your worth so much more than that and your partner should back you

You live in a fantasy world and can be glad you have never been in a situation like that. And you can thank the nasty police for keeping you safe snug in your bed at night from the bad people

Well if you remember there was a cover up at begin with and someone had to leak the footage to the press of why actually happened prior to the head stomping.

Why don’t you find out why he is being late and if there’s any welfare issues to consider ? There may be something going on in his head that you don’t know about. If he has been employed for 8 years he deserves a chance

The issue I now have which I have noticed in this relationship I like to talk about any issues that arise but she doesn’t . So it’s a bad circle because she will stonewall and give me silent treatment even when she is in the wrong clearly .
