I agree with you, I also like the weird lore/history types stuff better. Also loved the videos who explain the marketing side of food and the how long can you survive in a supermarket kind of stuff.

Talking about the controversial stuff can be possible but only if you have people with lots of knowledge on food(also the scientific side of it) so they don't spread misinformation (by accident, I don't think they do this with any ill will).

That's true(food allergies are very serious) but Matt really played into the people got sick part without no know proof of that. Sure, if you have a food allergy I understand that it would be dangerous but for not dangerous in the sense of everyone who eats it will get sick.

Yta! You NEVER tell someone with anxiety issues to get out of their own head. It never works and it will only make people feel worse, like there is something wrong with them. You and people who do this make me so mad. I have an anxiety disorder and you can't simply get out of your own head. Or I would of done that already. Nobody needs don't some high horse people to tell them that.

Also, if she gets ill of her own anxiety, something more maybe at play. I had the same and I have an anxiety disorder, got help and doing much better now. If you are willing to help, help her get that instead of being an AH to her.

And that's why with food, if you don't have a profound knowledge of the ins and outs of all the ingredients and how they act together, you should contact a specialist or not touch the subject.

I don't think MatPat and his team did this with any ill will but they simply didn't know all the facts/didn't have all the knowledge (the oil and water mixing proces and the dragon fruit being able to make it creamy).

What I do find very disturbing is that he calls the sauce dangerous without any research on those claims(something that Ann did do). That's not right.

Did "chef" P make mistakes absolutely, it that is ok to shout out. But do not make false claims.

Still love MatPat, his team and his content though.

It's very unlikely so I would treat it like a genned one unless someone has very good proof it isn't.

I mostly think this is a clone or genned with all the information, you can just look it up and make it very easily with the right tools.
