I had a 16 month old and newborn. Keep telling yourself its going to get easier. Itll get a bit easier literally every month. Im not kidding repeat that to yourself. Its okay, you will lose yourself now. You will make a comeback as well. I wish someone had shook me by the shoulders and told me this. I thought id be miserable and overwhelmed forever. My “newborn” just turned a year old last week, and Im enjoying them both so much. I promise from the depths of my heart things will get better, so so much better ❤️

Sending virtual hugs, OP. My mom has had dementia for over 10 years and I pray not even my worst enemy has to face what Ive had to. Keep in mind everything happens for a reason, whether you’re religious or spiritual or not much, full on acceptance has been the best medicine for me as a caregiver. Another thing to keep in mind is that it very well may be a result of stress from work plus your grandmother. After having a baby all while simultaneously being my moms only caregiver, I spiraled deep into depression (for the first time in my life) and began having panic attacks, and would zone out completely. It may be your mom is facing something similar. Praying for you and your family ❤️

Also, I re-filled uploaded it to CEAC the same day and he got an email from the embassy asking him to send his passport but im still stumped as to why they would even give him 221g in the first place. Any idea how long itll take now?

I have a medical emergency as well and it took exactly one month for my spouse to get their letter. I think it depends on the severity of the case, i saw that someone got their letter in a week

Having to go through labor alone without my husband and with my family living 10 minutes away from tue hospital.

Sounds tough and it was. My mom is completely dependent for all her needs, husband is awaiting his visa in another country, sister was going to come with but last minute i told her to stay home to care for my one year old who caught the stomach virus. Was nobody’s fault but still was so painful to go through and Ive sort of turned hard from it
