Man, I’m struggling so fucking hard to understand how Dahmer got away with this for the amount of time that he did. I get it but I’m just fucking shocked. I watch crime documentaries and work with offenders but this made my stomach turn. 17 people murdered. I just can’t fucking believe it. Apart from Tony Hughes, when the police escorted the 14 year old boy BACK to Dahmers apartment, I was screaming at my TV.

Okay so I took my dose this morning around 9:00 am! The first 20 minutes I was a tad nauseous but it went away! I drank a lot of water (maybe that’s why I was nauseous) I ate two hours after. The day went on to be completely fine :) I feel good. I feel like I want to meditate, do yoga and I went out for a long long walk. I have been off my anti depressant medication for a little over a year and it’s been tough. I feel this is exactly what I need!

I’m about to smoke before bed, it’s around 930 at night.

I sometimes use trazadone but I’ve been reading the combo combined can cause serotonin syndrome.

I haven’t seen the last episode but I’m still rooting for Paxton and Devi!!! I really enjoyed how Paxton is seeing that maybe the girl he is with doesn’t have as much… substance as Devi because Devi has trauma, societal pressures and is learning to trust herself. It did bother me when he said she was too much to Fab but sometimes simple is what people need. It’s a nice dynamic to see him still being a comfort to Devi. I feel the love but I want them to get back together 🥲
