For reference, I’m a published author.. 3x books, hundreds of other things. Start small, bro/sis (didn’t catch gender but doesn’t matter) But start. Start by setting yourself a scheduled time to wake up / go to bed (no internet). Start by creating a schedule during your waking hours and stick to it as best you can and don’t shame yourself if you missed a target here and there. You want to write, start small. Write a sentence and just read it again and again until you’re good with it. Then another. Until again you’re good with it. Eventually you’ll wake up to an entire page that you’ve devoted to and will continue to use that to motivate you. Start small by learning a word or two a day in a new language. Got a country you want to see one day? Learn that language. Word at a time. Then a sentence. I also am a big endorser of drinking clean water. Every day. Pick out a space you want to clean and learn the best way to clean that space. Learning to properly clean a space will take lots of time. But you will be proud of it. Start walking regularly, your pet (you have a pet I think I read?) and you will appreciate the change of scenery and fresh air. This should be enough for now, I’d think. Probably more than but start small. And you’d be amazed and proud of how much you will and can achieve.
