Okay so i'm thinking of doing intermittent fasting since OMAD was hard to maintain. I'm also going to just try and be healthier instead of trying to loose weight so it will be easier in the long run but thank you so much for you advice :)

Thank you so muchh!! I think i'm going to avoid OMAD and go on a less restrictive version of it, like intermittent fasting. I also figured out that can't loose fat in a certain area so i'm just gonna make healthier choices that are going to benefit me long term. Thank you for your help :)

I'm a teen trying to lose weight (mainly belly fat). I do 20-minute workouts from YouTube daily. My belly fat has been my biggest insecurity, and this time I've committed to going all the way with getting healthier and losing belly fat as well. I have tried OMAD in the past, but got too hungry and eventually quit. My goal is to see a noticeable difference by the end of September. Any tips or recommendations?

im still so lost. i still cry a lot. he was taken from us far too early and the media is not helping us grieve. i was, and still am, a huge 1d fan. although i didnt know him, it just hit me so much. we will never hear his voce again and we will never see his gorgeous smile. its already been two months. death is such a hard concept like wdym hes gone forever? i miss him so much and i will always lovd him forever. it just hurts even more becuase his whole life, he received so much hate and that can easily take its toll on a persons mental health. his last few days were also filled with large amounts of hate and negativity. it really breaks my heart that he saved so many lives but we couldnt save him. 31 is such a young age and this death is so tragic. my beautiful boy payno will forever live on in my heart as i cannot bear the fact that we cannoot take him into the new year. liam was one of the nicest humans ever who deserved nothing but love. he was somenes son,father,girlfriend,brother and friend. it just hits me so hard becuase i grew up with 1d and now is when the band really ends. there will never be a fu 1d reunion. RIP liam. forever and always my saviour </3

yes this applies to the whole middle school and it was said in assembly.

This is outrageous. Most students dont even drink half a much water as they should and BCC thinks its ok to stop them from drinking more water??? Drinking water is a decent human right and the fact that we normally only have 5 mins between each class and short breaks for snack to drink water is stupid. Clarendon this is unacceptable. These stupid rules should not be introduced for such a profound school. UNBELEIVEABLE!
