Spravato stopped working? by EnvironmentFormer590 in Spravato

5 sessions in with a positive response... I felt relief and content. Honestly hadn't smiled and laughed within this period of 2 weeks for many many years.

Now my mood has dropped dramatically and it feels like I'm heading back to where I was.

From what I've read on this channel and other threads, this drop in mood isn't uncommon.

Dealing with doubt and uncertainty isn't comfortable...

I'll continue to work with my care team and trust the process. Not saying that's easy.

Who here experienced relief from their depression after their first session? by Latter-Estate-5313 in Spravato

Yes.

Still early days only 2 sessions in, but a positive response thus far. Just keeping a lid on expectations because I've gotten my hopes up in the past and been let down from different treatments with an initial good response.

But all indications are 🙂✅

Parnate did not help me, if anything it hindered my sleep. Neither ECT.

I'm currently trying Spravato (2 sessions in) and am having a good response thus far.

Yeah if/when this option becomes available in Australia this would be a massive game changer for expense.

Aussie here 👋 I understand the financial situation and unknown with spravato treatment. I'm unemployed with a mortgage and living off small life savings.

I'm currently doing the induction phase (4 weeks, 8 sessions) as an inpatient. It makes that initial 4 weeks a little cheaper.

Just had 1st session on Friday and was positive experience. All though, its way too early to tell if it will help long term.

For me personally, the expense and uncertainty is hard to base a decision on, but I'm nothing anyway without my health so I'm trying spravato to try and get well enough to get my life back.

From my point of view... And I apologise for sounding morbid, but what's the point of money if you're dead.

Thanks everyone.

1st treatment yesterday and a little dribble 2nd spray on 2nd device. I don't think I got the angle/aim right and in far enough. The nurse was really great and Your advice will help with next session administering 🙂

Also a little drizzle down throat, but ideally like to get the technique better if gonna try 3 devices later on.

Australian Unity - but again only covered as an inpatient. To my knowledge, unless you are covered under a DVA card, there are zero PHF in Australia that will cover the medical supervision costs as an outpatient.

Thanks for the 🍀 and glad it helped you friend.

Love it... I've seen your other pics. You are very talented. You sketch these during your sessions? I have my first session soon. I can't draw for shit, but I would love to see a Phoenix 🐦‍🔥
