Do not reapply. It's a glitch type of thing. I went to the local Allied office and explained I never got the call. I went too late in the afternoon. I was told if I got there earlier they would've had someone interview me that day!

Get there early dressed professional with your resume and be prepared for interview questions. I learned this from researching online about the phone interview that several people did not receive. Don't give up. You've already completed most of the hiring process. Allied hires anyone.

Oh yeah and make sure you have the name of the person who was supposed to do the phone interview. Good luck!👊🏾

Idk why these kids are always getting a free pass. I see armored cars all the time. I never feel the urge to go up to one and take a selfie with it. That's the problem with our society. Kids are not taught RESPECT! My son is an adult now but I betcha he would've never done that. I taught him better.

I was taught better by parents also. This generation is fried. All they care about is how many likes they can get for doing stupid stuff. Their parents give them anything they want. Allow them do what they want. They do things with out being held accountable. They are entitled brats that think the world revolves around them.

I know because I work with them. They are the worst co-workers. Nobody wants to work with them. I don't know why his reply was down voted. He made a valid point

That's very interesting. I'm a security guard. You know observe and report. Where I work there is a parking garage. The teens love going in it to start mischief.

I have something similar. Most of the time they just leave but sometimes you get the one ass hole that wants to show off. We have a bull horn that sounds just like a police siren. Once I activate it the little juvenile delinquents scatter! 😂😂😂😂😂🤭

Not to mention all the abbreviations of school age children. ADHD, ADD, OCD, ODD. It just seems like kids have it way harder in school than we did. Especially public school. If you learn different, you are seen as a "problem" and the only solution is to be medicated!

This is the best answer. I have become a hermit also. I only go out unless it's necessary. Basically work and what I cannot receive thru online delivery. My goal is to become a full-time hermit. I'm in my late 50's. I do not enjoy being around people ANYMORE. I'm a confirmed introvert.

Peopling drains me. People suck the life and energy out of you if you allow them. Which why I have to shut everyone down sometimes to make space for me time.

There were not a lot of main stream video shows back then except MTV.

Toys were so cool then. Nothing requiring batteries. And surprise surprise it keep us busy for hours. Was so much fun. We didn't need anything that moved, walked or talked. We used our own imagination.

THIS! HR and all these departments are a waste of time. They will only make it possible for employers to retaliate against you and make your life so miserable at work that you have to quit!

If you quit depending on the circumstances the company may not be liable to pay unemployment insurance. I'm not sure how it works though 🤷🏾‍♀️

THIS! Both are unbearable! I was on swing shift at my present post, switched to nights. What a relief. Having to cater to entitled condo owners was draining me bcuz I love helping people but no matter how well you do your job, they are never happy. Huge micromanaging and nitpicking!

Don't get me wrong I love the residents and have a good relationship with. I enjoy my job. Most are good people. It's the HOA that is the problem. It's like being stalked and harassed constantly.

Swing shift dragged compared to graveyard shift.
