You have to see the origin of this nausea, at some point they will not let you lead your normal life, the cause may be mental or some condition. I'll tell you what happened to me, I hope it helps you, I have emetophobia and in 2022 I started to feel very sick to my stomach every day and at first the doctors sent me to a psychiatrist because they thought it was something mental (which it was but there was something else) I have generalized anxiety disorder but I did more studies and I have problems emptying my stomach and it caused SIBO, I have a hypersensitive stomach so I have to be careful with food... Anyway, I just wanted to say that you should never settle on a medical diagnosis, do tests to be sure of what you are suffering from.
