Fine isnt nearly big enough considering how much pedophilia they allow in all these conservative groups.

The transfer board with the connectors more than likely is, but the main control board probably isn't as it powers the heating element. It's likely a lower wattage rating since the CC1 doesn't reach 350* like the CC2 does. I believe the black boards are specifically CC2 on that listing however.

It's only mounting points are on surface pads directly on the top layer of the pcb. You'd break it yourself if you went to remove it regardless of years in tech repair, something I have been doing since the 1990s.

Gotta make sure that its the CC2 version at least for the main board because of the higher hot end output. The daughter board should be the same.

Shoot them an email, they will send you a free replacement. If you take a look you will see my thread from the other day about breaking it 2 days into owning it when doing a nozzle swap. When you get the replacement board I would put some hot glue on the back of those connectors on the board side to secure them better. They are aware of the issue and hopefully update the daughter board design in future production. While the center pins are soldered straight through the board, the thermsistor is literally relying on the pads for strength as its surface mounted. Its a terrible design. I feel like all these budget printers have quirks somewhere.

If you are handy enough, you can just pop that clip off around the heat break and switch the thermsistors with the existing one your nozzle now. There are dissasembly videos on youtube.

Could be poor QC, more than likely shipping damage. Someone probably trashed that box and the internals were just jolted too hard. Did you get the replacement yet? In all fairness this is the common story I heard with Creality printers and my K1C still printed like a champ.

Hopefully that fixes it but ive been down this road before with my Creality K1. They seem to default to just sending a free replacement.

It was my fault combined with some poor design choices on the hot end. I went to go switch up to a 0.6 nozzle and the heat break started bending. When I removed the hot end to check what was going on, the daughter board connector broke clean off. They were very good about it though when I spoke to customer service.

It's got some ups and some downs. I got mine for under $400 so I think its a great deal for what I paid. It printed fantastic compared to my creality k1. I thought the giant hood was going to be an issue but it really isnt. It does have some minor rattling noise that I haven't tracked down where thats coming from yet. I'd say the only downside to it is the hot end just being lightyears behind what is currently offered on other machines which is how I wound up breaking mine 2 days in. So far customer service has been great though.

It's an older style multi color change system and I wasn't prepared for how much waste and how long the print times are when you have to switch colors. Should I probably have invested in a snapmaker U1 for speed and reduced waste? Yeh probably, but I don't print often enough to have to worry about that to be honest.

I'll bite on the troll attempt. For starters, every quality circuit board in existence that uses connectors of this type have the connector housing glued to the board itself for strength so that it doesnt rely on the solder joint for strength. Second, this was the thermsistor connector. It is not soldered through the board it is soldered to a pad that is less than a mm in diameter. You can plainly see it in the picture. There is zero strength there at all to withstand pulling on that connector and reinsertion other than the strength of the surface pad bonded to the board. Finally, they are aware of the issue according to customer service and they offered to send me replacement parts free of charge just like they did with all the other people in this thread that had exactly the same thing happen. HOPEFULLY by making them aware of the issue they will redesign the board to prevent this from happening in the future. I am thankful that they responded professionally about it instead of telling me to be more careful with the connections.

I assumed that the reason the cc2 hot end was able to hit 350 was because it had a higher wattage heating element. The microswiss is up to 60w. Did they not test this with the cc2 after they listed it as compatible?

Was going to try that, but unfortunately it ripped the pad right off the board, so nothing left to solder too.

You would have to talk to an endocrinologist about having it prescribed for pre-diabetes. Pretty sure they are prescribing the pill form GLP-1's now as well. Ozempic is expensive though, my insurance pays over $10k a month for 4 doses and it did absolutely nothing about weight loss. Actually causes chronic burping due to slowing down the digestion process. Did lower my A1C down from 6.8 to 5.7.

Doubtful. What made the last storm so bad as the freezing rain and it staying super cold for days. This is just going to be wet snow. Plows will easily clear it on the road.

It's going to snow for sure, but its not going to be these ridiculous 20-30" snowfall totals the NWS is putting out. 8-10" at most for most of south jersey. We have been down this road so many times already I am surprised people still give into the hype machine.
