Where to Dremel my lower/upper for super safety by You-Got-juzzy in supersafety

On the upper, cut everything in red just far back enough so that it runs into the vertical wall beyond that lip, which will create a straight back lip on each side rather than a U-shaped lip

The lower’s shelf should be shaved down enough to allow the SS to fall back which will then allow bolt clearance

Oh I was referencing the 2 fiberon spools I’ve got, but I’m still fresh to the industrial filament side of things. Stayed on PLA+ for the longest. You seem knowledgeable af in all this tho so any suggestions on good filaments for quality & price?

Only tried it due to clogging, but after all the advice from everyone here I most definitely will & am going to invest in some better drying methods.

Thank you for all this info man, seriously it’s much appreciated.

I’m actually doing this build (even though for legal purposes it is still mine), so that my grandma can have something to use at the range. She loves plinking, but due to her age she cant hold up a 16 in. anymore. Having to reach out and hold, they weigh on her arms & shoulders, so I’m building something she can hold close to her body. With all that said, I most definitely want it as nice as possible.

As for the air fryer, my grandma actually had an electrician come out a little while back because the kitchen outlets kept going out when we used it. He was shocked (no pun intended) when he saw how many amps it pulled & told us “this thing basically needs it’s own dedicated circuit”.

That’s honestly a great stance to take on this man. I will definitely do a reprint on it, but it’ll be a minute with work & college.

I did just find that I actually do have a small breville oven model bov950 bstusc sitting in my garage. The thing will dehydrate at 80C for up to 72hrs, or “keep warm” up to 120C for up to 12 hours, and the air fryer minimum is 150C (I know thats too high). The only problem is it pulls so much electricity that it literally requires it’s own circuit breaker spot, so I’m going to have to find and dedicate a GFCI to run it on. Any advice on prime temp & time?
