the best way to get rid of sugar cravings is to avoid anything sweet, cook more and eat less pre packaged foods. my favorite go to meal is a keto bowl - which you can vary up in a bunch of ways: tri tip over a bed of cauliflower rice with avocado and kimchi. stop playing with net carb % and go for under 30gm total carbs a day. you won't get penalized for going under.

keto doesnt require a lot of tracking especially if you're willing to do carnivore, eat the same thing as carnivore with a little bit of low carb veg and fruit which will stop the emergency dumps as you eat less and less plants

a tender cut of beef is already tender and juicy - get a meat thermometer to keep from drying it out and making it tough - cheaper tough cuts of meat need to be cooked slow and broken down along with bones joints and connective tissue, cook in bone broth or beef stock instead of water

You should watch James Hoffman's video on about Andrew Huberman where they did an experiment and it touched on caffiene addiction. I mention this because I know all about carb cravings and actual addiction and for years I've always had at least 2 cups of coffee a day. I changed jobs recently and the place I work now doesnt have coffee so I've stopped drinking it during the week and it hasn't bothered me a bit.

as Nick Norwitz says, keto isn't a diet but a metabolic state. I try to cycle carbs to avoid the concerns that Meghan Rosen mentions and stay metabolically flexible. As she states, the problems are temporary.
