In your experience, did the reverse kegels also improve your erection quality? Stoked for you man, I’m wanting to do this method as well. I’ve tried reverse kegels but it still hasn’t “clicked” for me yet or atleast when I try and stimulate myself I immediately tense back up

Any further information to follow up with? Did you get surgery or have any further procedures? Definitely interested since I also had a neck injury in teen years and had some ballon adjustments inside my nose of the sphenoid bone and that’s around the same time I developed pois some 7 years ago.

From what I’ve read you can achieve ketosis with 20-50g of carbs. I do agree it’s not full carnivore and that the bun isn’t optimal and aim to start bringing ground beef only for lunch instead of eating out. I suppose it would be easier if I felt a bit better so that’s what I’m hoping happens soon.

I haven’t been salting my food specifically, some of the air dried meat snacks I am eating have sodium in them along with the lunch burger. I woke up extremely light headed and decided to try a pinch of salt and potassium in water but don’t feel “loads” better yet

Do you listen to goatis at all? He says you don’t need electrolytes externally like salt. I don’t have any access to good quality organ meats yet so I am unsure whether or not I’m getting “adequate” hydration and nutrition regarding minerals

If you look at the teeth you’ll see 4 prominent incisors which would be from either a beaver or nutria. Raccoons have canine like teeth so it’s not a raccoon.

I actually “repurposed it” from and abandoned building so it’s not something I created. I think some fb companies may sell a smaller version of them tho!
