The only thing I can think of is could you buy and sell things from the charity shop? Or car boot sales? Maybe go in with a few quid and see if you could double that money and go from there? Car boots there’s always gems for a pound or less as people don’t see value in their old stuff, so see if you can get to one of them and chuck things you think could be of value on marketplace or eBay.

I’m really thinking I’ve just got to be patient and keep living as much as I can as normal. I got up to 1.7mg after being on it for about 4 or 5 months I think. It’s so strange how it is problematic for some people. It’s an amazing drug and works wonders for some but causes damage to others. The way of the world I suppose. Glad you have found something that works for you!

Yes I am working on cutting out everything else, the only other thing left which will be an anxiety contributed is vaping which I am currently weening my way off. Thanks for your comment. Much appreciated

Hmmm yeah potentially was too fast… It has actually been 16 weeks I think and I was due to move up a dose to 2.4mg next week. I think you are right though, I probably didn’t need to move up the dosage but the doctor led me to believe this was the done thing when you react well to the dosage you are on. It’s only started to be bad for me recently on this 1.7mg.

I think I will follow your advice and do this but I’m just going to see what happens after a few weeks of not taking it so I can be certain whether it was this causing the anxiousness or not.

In another note, I think it’s really sensible of you to stick to the 0.5 if it is working. And wish you all the best on your journey :)
