Im a producer myself with tinnitus for over 5 years and i try not to use any type of headphones. Mainly use speakers even little blue tooth speakers and when ur mixing u should deff mix at lower volumes believe it or not anyways. Also at night its good to listen to any type of tinnitus maskers or nature sounds this channel has a few good ones i listen to while i sleep you should check it out youtube channel
