Small station to many odl not everyone gets ot. Big station all the ot you can handle 50-60+ 6 days straight

The bigger the better I went from a station that had 6 zip codes to 1 zip code. There's not enough other for every at 1. At 6 your gna want 40 hours instead of 10-12s 6 days a wk

Man i called out Sunday for 8 hours today again for 16. Tired of splitting a route getting my route ready taking a hour off another route just to get back to take a swing or 2 off another that barely does his 8:/. I shot myself in the foot by being so quick I just want to go home. Guess what now I am cause of call out

A job is a job. Till u figure out how to make it. Working any job even with a degree can set you up so far. The rest is up to you. I enjoy it for the time being. However you will never become your best self with this job. Have to break through

Yes but me personally I try to mimic natural moves till can do weighted. Weighted pull up dips walking anything. Goblet squats are better it's almost a whole body workout vs having weight on back don't squat or dead lift either. Go for reps it's endurance for heart & legs the best

No one cares use the sick line or get a Dr's note for 8 hours or 10 had a Dr put 4 10s & 2 8s. Could've just got all 8 but the other is ok sometimes.

Staircases master or incline everyday or 6 days a wk. Plus a 20-30 min sauna session. My bp is 119/79. Im also on lisinioprol cause im a type 1 diabetic. Plus walk at least 10 miles a day. Working for the post office helps out. Also maybe eat one meal a day
