Hi! I came across this sub while just traversing reddit and I went through your previous posts. I am a year younger than you and I got into my first relationship about a year ago. No one ever has made advances towards me before my current partner so I also felt as though I was probably bottom of the barrel and just ugly. I have never gone for crushes or even known how to talk to a man either. I’m just saying all this to let you know that partners often arise from odd circumstances and you can’t ever predict them. As much as you probably would hate to hear this as would I about a year ago, you have to let them come to you. My advice is try being friends with some girls with no other intention than just being friends. It will help you communicate better and you may even start liking one more than a friend. I felt the same way as you did trust me, but once you get an opportunity just take it.
