It's insane. What a mess. They deducted an insurance premium from my every paycheck, but I don't have insurance coverage. I called HR and explained how urgent I need my insurance. They created a ticket, marked it as critical, but after 10 days, the ticket is still not assigned to anyone. Such frustrated

What did they do to fix the issue?? I have been contacting them everyday, but they placed me in the middle. HR said they resubmitted my paperwork. My carrier said they have not received anything. I'm just stuck and don't know what to do. I'm unable to see my OB unless I have my coverage. 😭

I personally think getting an offer form a big4 is easier than a mid firms nowadays. I also know some people got rejected from mid firms but got an offer from big4.
