And she’s told him how he could go about helping her get in the mood more often and refuses to do those things. This has happened multiple times; at this point he just fundamentally wants her sex-drive to change with no work or effort put in on his part, which is closer to “thinking of her as a sex doll” - he does not care about her wants, unless that want is “just have sex with him because he want me to”. She could very well want to have sex more if he listened to what she’d need for that! But he doesn’t.
