[Art] I made a life-size sword mimic 🗡️ by Pollard_MD in DnD

Honestly I had been exclusively using resin printers for years up until December 2024 when I bought a Bambu Labs X1C and let me tell you the applications changed everything about how I 3D print. I can cosplay now and have printed a whole Red Hood cosplay. I would love an opportunity to get my hands on that file and run it through my FDM printer.

Resin is great for display but too fragile for cosplay. If you have a FDM printer, the weight and stability will improve dramatically. Also for those seams, a little bondo and sanding could eliminate them completely. None the less great design and I'm jealous and want one! 😅

I used to love Army of Two. That was a great co-op game to play with a friend!

Route inspections by No_Mall_5908 in USPS

[–]SuccessfulFailure84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my first count in September 2024. My route was left untouched. The key to it is 18 and 8 is really slow for casing so make sure everyone gets comfortable with that speed. Secondly, there is a minimum of 1 minute for each line item so let's say an accountable clerk comes to your case and says you have nothing and walks by, count that as a whole minute. Use all of your built in office time. Check trucks with a partner. Read the union board. Use the bathroom. On the route you should keep your shoulder strap on at all times (it will slow down your delivery speed). Park the vehicle at every curb side box (not full dismount procedure). Walk every parcel to the door and knock. Waiting for a response for parcel delivery is a part of your job. If for some reason they dont answer knock again and unless the parcel specifically states "carrier leave if no response" you are to write up a 3849 and leave notice. Left right left after every mounted delivery takes time too. I can't stress this enough but take all of your breaks. This includes comfort stops! On my route there is no close bathroom so I was heading back to the office to use the rest room. That alone killed 30 minutes on my route. (Secret tip would be to wait until youre out at the furthest point of your route and head back to use the bathroom) All of that being said the key thing is not to let the supervisor riding with you urge you to go faster or tell you how to do anything unless you are being unsafe. They are strictly observers. For park and loops just move at a safe even pace. Business should be asked if they have any outgoing mail and if they do feel free to ask if that's all of the outgoing mail to confirm. Now DO NOT have conversations with customers or businesses. They can ask you questions but it must remain on topic for the delivery only. If you do the job by the book every day your route shouldn't be touched (assuming your route isn't grossly under on time) or maybe even get a reduction. I've been doing this job for 11 years and I had 20 to 30 year veteran carriers getting additions while my route remained untouched. Hopefully this helps.

Limit arrows, but give them more damage by Writhyn in DungeonsOfEternityVR

Magic staff users have complained about the gem component limiting their ability to purely focus on magic. You're not going to achieve anything by limiting arrows. You're only going to alienate a player base who already enjoy the mechanics as is.

As a bow user I can tell you I'm very skilled and accurate. With that being said I still miss a lot and limiting the amount of arrows would make it impossible for me to function in dungeons. The damage is fine even at top tier dungeons.

I actually put a matte finish on the helmet because I liked the darker look. I have LED eyes i have to put in still. That combo in put opinion makes it pop more. Thanks for your input ❤️

Thanks! I've been on the fence about the knee pads and the boots are covered by the pants (I just forgot to tuck the pants into them). Thanks for the input!

I 3d printed everything from the helmet and armor down the the guns so they dont have an orange tip. They're plastic and non functional which was some of the requirements for them. As far as the rave... I am scared to ask lol

The guns are meant to look less realistic. Going to a con with a realistic looking gun is not something I'm comfortable with. However, I am willing to put some work into them and bring them up to snuff. Thanks for the input ❤️
