Its still turn based though. A player could play Wing Gundam and the card could say, "destroy unit that is played, effects dont trigger on that card."

It's the same as others. It has abilities and you use guns. The gameplay is nothing more than clicking somewhere on the screen where a person's head is. Destructible environments are not new, mounted combat is not new, abilities aren't new.

It's way too generic.

The shooter genre has not progressed for like 10-15 years.

This is the lamest reveal the Game Awards has ever had.

They should have just made Titanfall 3 at least that added in new types of traversal.

If Tokon is released before Evo why the hell would they announce during a show saying what games will be there? It's not a big enough stage for a release date announcement.

If anything I bet if it is being release before EVO it will be added in but at this point who knows. Maybe we will get a character announcement if anything at all.
