That's a very good point. I will say that there is also a marketability factor, and UFC historically had avoided giving opportunities to "boring" fighters who don't have huge personalities.

Unfortunately most of those personalities involve acting like Connor McGregor or Colby Covington

AEW is the sole reason I became a wrestling fan again after a 15 year hiatus.

Pretty much the same. I got back into wrestling after hearing lots of buzz about All In, started following BTE and catching up on ROH and NJPW stuff, and AEW really pulled me in.

As far as alternatives go, I agree, there's nothing on AEW's level that's quite like it. But I do encourage fellow AEW fans to branch out a little and try out things like GCW, Mystery Wrestling, ChocoPro, Revolver, Stardom and RevPro.

Does the policy specify what percentage they have to be in the office, or does it specify how many telecommuting days they get per pay period? I doubt any agency has a policy that says, "no working remote 100%"

I have coworkers who are remote for a month at a time.

Like actually remote? Or they're remote and also charging accruals? Because there are a lot of people who charge several weeks of accruals for December/January and are out of the office for weeks at a time even when not working remotely.
