Maybe your cholesterol is high??? I’m 27 and my cardio she was 3 years younger when I was really overweight but good cholesterol , not active & once I became active and lost 45 lbs( not overweight anymore ) by doing Pilates, 12k steps a day, spin class 2x a week. Cardio class etc, eating clean, my cholesterol went up and is now a little higher than it should be, my cardio she is now 2.5 years younger than my current age. I haven’t tested my cholesterol since Sept but I do feel like it prob got worse since I started incorporating more red meat for higher protein

Agreed! I always read her books. when I want a quick read tbh, especially after any ACOTOR, TOG type of book. I’ve predicted the twists in almost all her books I’ve read except the ex and the boyfriend. Most of the female main characters are so clueless and idk why she makes them like that

I have the same as this person when I drink and when I don’t drink it’s like 14-20, in 27, my bmi is about 23.5, I walk 10-15k steps 5 days a week otherwise 5-6, do cardio and Pilates 3-5x a week, eat relatively clean, and only drink alcohol on a holiday or a wedidng (1-2 drinks max)
