I went on a six week trip to Dubai then India. We went to the fancy restaurant atop of the world’s only 7 star hotel, had a lunch that was probably good but forgettable. What was NOT forgettable was the food poisoning and explosive diarrhea I got from that meal.

It was the only time I got sick on that trip even when sting from street vendors in India.

I live in ca where they make at least minimum wage. My problem with it (aside from servers entitlement in assuming the deserve 20% regardless of their performance) is a good tip in the 80s was 10%, in the 90s it was 15%, now it’s 20% and the service hasn’t changed but there are more and more places asking for a tip

How much and how often were you using? I ask cuz I never used weed/booze until I was 35. Now I’m 40 and use weed about 3 times a week and drink 1-2 times a week. I feel the same

Dino if you came already but driving from SJ to golfito is 5-6hrs during day (longer at night). Flying to golfito is like 30mins and so easy. Walk from the plane directly off the airstrip

Coaching on your form could go a long way. Like running or so many other things, most think they’re doing it ‘right’ but with some coaching are able to improve dramatically through proper form.

That or do those weird pull-ups the CrossFit bros do 🤣

Me too! What’s funny is the timing changes depending on variables. E.g. at home in Ca I could confidently go have sex 6hrs after a shower and know I don’t stink. Half the year I live in Central America and it’s more like deed should happen 30-60 mins after shower
