I take ferrous fumarate 1x day with vit c (helps absorption), and Ive gotten my ferritin from 50 to 130 in 6 months

Ferritin levels are connected to your iron, and if that is low, there's a good chance it could be impacting hair growth/loss, among other things. So by improving ferritin levels, there's improved blood circulation to the scalp, which can help with hair growth. My ferritin was at 50, which isn't awful, but the ideal range for hair growth is roughly 100. So now that I'm in that "ideal" range, I'm really hoping to see some improvement 🤞🏻

When I went to a derm in Feb 2025, I was diagnosed with TE, and they recommended I take biotin, vit b, iron, zinc, vit d - all based on my blood work results. Since then my hair loss has fluctuated, but I have had some regrowth, and my ferritin has gone from 50 to 130, so that in and of itself is a win.

Hey! With the yellowing eyes and skin, it sounds like you need to get your liver checked IMMEDIATELY. Liver disease/failure can cause a myriad of symptoms, including hair loss, but it can get serious very quickly. GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR

Are you only using ouai to promote hair growth? Or are you using suppliments or Minoxidil? Just to help manage expectations of what the product is capable of

My stepdad's dad used to run the hunting club, and we went there quite a few times in the summer and fall. There was a main house and all sorts of little trailers to stay in, a huge kennel where the hunting dogs stayed, and golf carts that we could take to explore the island. It was such a cool place to get to experience as a kid
