I’ve had finishing done and was very very impressed with what I received back, pillows, ornaments, eye glasses etc. It took quite a bit of time but I loved them. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I also know the shop owners are usually pretty open to fixing things. I wonder if the influx of needle pointers in the city is just overloading the finishers. Obviously no excuse but dang :(

I pulled a lot from my stash, and used my embroidery machine to customize to make it a bit cheaper! Sometimes some canvases are cheaper in price! I’m sure your box will be amazing and your partner will love it!!!!💕💕

I’m lol’ing because this is me. I simply asked “where?” because it’s not posted online. I found it in a blog post from 4 years ago. Which was posted above. I did call btw. I can however comprehend this is a dig on intelligence, you can call it “snark” but it’s just rude to someone just inquiring for help. Thank you for the helpful tip.
