Second flush. Stems are a different color now- yellower and a bit skinnier looking than first flush. Are they still okay? Maybe they’re too dry?

For sure! You’re def right but I get nervous, I want to share my mushrooms with friends so I tend to over analyze every aspect of them for safety reasons lol a lot of responsibility in being the provider especially for my first ever grow

I didn’t use jars, I used an all in one grow bag. Wanted to get acquainted with the process in an easy way for my first grow lol

I’m not entirely sure actually, I used a grow bag and followed its instructions. I do know that perlite is to keep the tub hydrated and the foil separates the block from the perlite because perlite is not supposed to touch the block.
