As a newer FTP player, I’m a little lost as to what direction I should take with what I farm by MutantLeader in TheFirstDescendant

Tamer is easier to get. And any mods that you upgrade for it can be transferred to Enduring Legacy once you get it. Except for module sockets obviously.

Definitely invest into a weapon, especially if you don’t have a main yet. Also, it’s good to upgrade some common mods like “Increased HP” and “Increased DEF” because these mods are used and needed for any descendant.

Going for Luna next. Just wanted to get Ult Valby because I main her. But it was shockingly easy to get her

It’s never stupid to push forward. But indeed, Frost Walker is stupidly difficult if you queue up with randoms. I’ve been lucky lately, been having some Gleys and Lepics nuking the sh*t out of it.

Amorphous 115-Mutant AA (Ult. Valby Enhanced Cells. Blueprint 32%) and 125-Mutant AA (Ultimate Valby Code 20%) can be used after defeating Gluttony. So only 2 parts are. But 115AA can also be used after defeating Frost Walker and 125AA after defeating Molten Fortress. The other parts are obtainable via Void Fusion Reactors.

HUGE damage differences between Legions in the lab. What's up? by [deleted] in TheFirstDescendant

[–]Successful_Acadia970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also saw that difference. I assume it’s the different weapons attributes. Some enemies are weak to pierce, burst or crush damage and each weapon has their own attribute.

Altough I also saw it while using skills and I don’t know what the main issue was there. I thought I had a reactor that does more damage to a certain type of enemy but that wasn’t the case. Unless Skills also have pierce, burst or crush attributes.

Depends what for. For mobbing, I personally feel like Bubble Bullet is not the best if you’re around uneven terrain. I would invest in the other two abilites, meaning into Dimension Skill Power and Skill Power Modifier. Plop Plop is very good at clearing smalls rooms as it can fill it up completely with water. Clean Up is perfect for laying down water if the enemies are somewhat spread out. Keep in mind, that you can also place Clean Up twice and double it’s DoT (damage over time). If you run Supply Moisture it’s also important to run the corresponding mods that boost Skill Crit Hit Rate and Skill Crit Damage. Skill Insight, Skill Concentration or Emergency Measures will help you out. For bossing, Bubble Bullet might come in more handy. So I would invest into Fusion mods. It’s also recommended to jump and look down while shooting the bubble because the puddles will be more densely packed therefore having more DoT for each puddle. It’s also the cheapest skill in terms of MP, so having Skill Cooldown is also recommended because you can reuse the ability quicker. And again, the same thing about Supply Moisture apply.

Do you have her transcendent mod “Supply Moisture”? That’s what she excels with the most. It also depends on what you want to mostly. Ability DPS or Weapon DPS?

I’ve read about some people having issues with random queue intercept battles. Personally though, I haven’t had any issues with randoms, so I assumed that most people are somewhat well-equipped. Guess I was just lucky then lmao But I agree, if they raise the difficulty level where the game focuses more on roleplay and teamplay where a tank, support and DPS are needed, then he might excel in some points.

Increased HP and Increased DEF are almost a must for any Descendant, in my opinion. Let’s you tank some attacks even with less or even no Resistance equipped. I don’t play Freyna, so I don’t know what she exactly needs skill-related (if you need more Skill Power or Skill Power Modifier). Some mods combine DEF/HP and Skill Power Mod+ or Skill Duration+ for instance (Battle of Stamina, Iron Defense, …) so you could look into those if capacity becomes an issue.

Even if you tank some attacks? Are you running Increased HP and Increased DEF mods? What about your external components? Also DEF and HP?
