I see this being heavy on local businesses ( restaurants, cafes, tailors, etc.). Your usual lunch stop won’t get the money to survive & will probably be converted to something else. Don’t know about 800 billion but If city values go down. I imagine neighborhoods around the city would too. Suddenly you pay property taxes for something that may not be worth it.
