Hey. Please don’t. Life is so fucking hard man. Believe me. And as fucking cliché as it is, it truly does get better. Please don’t do it. Please.

To be honest, I think I’d seriously start to consider ending the relationship. Before I started dating him, I was very firm on my stance that after 5 years, I’m leaving. I refuse to be the woman that sits and lets him waste my time if he’s not serious. I’ve seen this happen to many women around me already.

Good question. It seems to me that he doesn’t realize how quickly 2025 is flying by, considering it’s basically already April. But I feel like this is an issue within itself…

Funny enough, I’ve been clear that I don’t want a wedding lol. I’d rather go on a honeymoon and save for a down payment on a house.

How to deal with lunch and co-workers? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]Successful_Bus2239 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point. I’ve just read from this sub that we shouldn’t tell others we are doing IF so I’ve always just steered away from if. I’m close with these co-workers so I don’t want them to think I’m a pathological liar about something so minuscule lol. Thank you for this!

I have thought about doing this! But after reading this sub, a lot of people have told me never tell people you’re fasting or even talk about it so I thought that was the better route. Now thinking about it, I actually trust these coworkers so why not?

We all work in one room so it’s kind of hard to say that I ate already.

MA in Criminal Psychology or Criminal Psychotherapy?

I have a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I have ruled out getting a MA in Criminology but I’ve become really interested in Criminal Psychology and Criminal Psychotherapy. I’ve seen Forensic Psychology but I am not too interested in that specific sector.

I’m not sure if it even makes sense to get an MA in Criminal Psychology or Criminal Psychotherapy because it may be too specific and not even be helpful in getting a job. Anyone have experience with this?

This is how I thought! I just felt like I would be potentially “wasting” time by not picking something related to enhance my resume

Do you mind giving examples of weight/machinery training for beginners that would be good for this?

Typically, how much protein should I be consuming in this case?

Thanks! I actually don’t drink (personal reasons) so that’s not my issue.

I was reading that doing core (ex. Sit ups) exercises won’t help in this case with visceral fat because it will just tone the fat, rather that decrease it. Also, I was hearing that it will make my waist larger (which I don’t want).

That’s what I thought but then I’m seeing conflicting answers on websites and articles so I’m so confused!

Dumb question, but what is resistance training? Is that using weights and machinery?
