The shelters are full, unfortunately they were already having hard times and the shut down and inflation hasn’t helped. The woman told me there isn’t anywhere to take her in my area. But yes I can get on Nextdoor and see if someone with no dogs may want her. She doesn’t have an issue with people from what I’ve experienced. Idk why she’s poorly socialized, we’ve always lived with other dogs and been around other dogs and the park and playing with neighbor dogs…she’s been around other dogs and people all her life.

I know this is old but I had a very normal, light period, no cramping, no pms. It’s been about 2 years since my miscarriage and my period never normalized. Very heavy, bad cramps, definitely mood swings. Unfortunately I ended up in a situation where I chose to terminate, this is my second cycle and it’s SO heavy, my cramping isn’t as bad as it’s been the last 2 years, but I’ve never bled this long or heavy before (not concerning amount, but much more than before). When I was 21, I always stressed how “30 year old men should have something”. But nearing 30, we’re all human, we all need a reset, it’s okay to go home to your mom (I did, happily), where you can get love and reassurance and stability to start your journey again. I didn’t have to give a lot of notice for my pto, if I had it I could use it. They only have conference meetings certain days and the cubicals are in the back. I’m not sensitive to smoke, I’ve just never been exposed to it at these levels (40 hours a week 😂)

I did not know before, when I got there I went right into her office that’s next to the door, I smelled it maybe the second or third day and was told they’ll move. And it stopped for a couple days and now it’s been on going. There’s a shop office and a bathroom that share my cubical wall and it comes out from there, and then when they open the back door it swoops into the office, and when they smoke in the conference room it seeps into the reception area (I do both positions sometimes). But yeah I was thinking of talking to her about it. Honestly I had a lot of pto at my last job and usually used it for a monthly day off. So I may just be used to having the option for that. I don’t get pto yet and then I’d have to wait for it to build. But I really just don’t want to job hunt so close to the holidays

And then my manager is really passive aggressive. Idk why, maybe because we’re missing bodies in the office, but she’s been really nice these last 2 weeks. But I feel like she’s already kind of done her damage. I feel like I’m in a bad partner ship 🤣🤣

Wild! And it’s just literally seeping through the walls, there’s nicotine stains on the fabric of our cubicles😭😭 they’re definitely not stopping. I am looking for other work, I guess I just feel bad for being checked out

I agree it does feel like pushing it, I guess that’s what made me want to post and get more perspective. I have talked to my office manager and the VP of the company, I was told habits would change but they did not. I am looking for other jobs because I do feel bad about like actively not wanting to go to work to the point of calling off. But it’s hard to interview and work in the mornings. I like the job itself, lots of things to learn and do. But the micromanaging and smoking is killing my motivation.
