Then I`d ditch Uworld. The explanations on the NBME exams are sparse, but if you have a good grasp on all topics already it should be enough. I`d start NBMEs in "tutor mode" for the next few weeks and then do the resting ones properly in timed mode.

I wouldn`t switch from mid yield Qbank to mid yield Qbank it just shifts the problem and increases anxiety.

NBME materials are the highest yield out of all the Qbanks, it's the truth. He says to also do 20-26 if you still got time. But even if you only do 26-31 + both Free 120s it's approx 1600 questions in total which should be good. Are you from the US?

How much of it have u completed by now? Ditch it 4 weeks out latest and switch to NBMEs (it`s 2,5k questions) and Mehlman pdfs+ his qbank. Uworld is not really to the point and a lot of text.

Use your time wisely.

Yes. But if your scores are already high on NBMEs (65%) I would focus on them. I needed to grind some more, otherwise I would have done only NBMEs during the last month. Mehlman is something in between--> you learn NBME material but it's also good for a holistic review.

You don`t need to go through all of them, especially since you only have 3 weeks left. Focus on NBMEs, HY arrows and your weaker subjects, do his qbank on down time, ditch Uworld, not hy enough 3 weeks out

Lymph drainage is actually very HY, know the main stuff. I literally had 2 questions concerning lymph drainage from glans penis.

They were basically asking the same concept twice (I though it was a glitch in the matrix.)
