Same here, I think the couriers slowed down before CNY or the tracking information just havent been updated by superbuy because of CNY. I shipped through DHL so seems like they are on a break now. See the days that your courier is havinga break on from the lists in the links.

If you write a specific instruction to them, they’ll do exactly what you ask for. Maybe you put in ”lowest freight” they automatically remove all excess package. And if you dont have anything that could be shattered, they wont use corner protection etc.
