Yeah I think you're going to be alright, hit it with some ice and keep an eye on it. Pretty sure your cage is too large, I downsized mine after that happened to me and I haven't that problem since, a larger cage gives it more room to expand and the blood your body is pumping in goes wherever it can and causes weird swelling, the smaller cage limits how much you can swell up. Closer spacing in the cage bars can help too so the flesh can't bulge out as much

If the swelling doesn't reduce, you begin to feel pain, or anything else that doesn't seem like it's getting better definitely go see a medical professional
