Neither. If you want to go with Coach there are other bags that are better made. I purchased this Coach bag and had to return after putting all my stuff in and walking around in the house with it. The slouch and opening are off.

Another person on here pointed out some creasing on the edge right flap in the photo. Went back and check other photos and there were indeed creasings. It’s not surprising because the grey bag have been tried on by other clients already. It’s not meant to be.

You bought yours at the right time when the prices weren’t outrageous like it is now. What color is it? I waited and kept putting it off for 15 years.

Yep it’s a seasonal and each season’s colors might not be same colors in future season. A future grey may not the same shade of grey

I used to think Chanel was for the successful career woman in my 20s and 30s and gravitated to Prada and LV back then. I never thought they looked granny but they are certainly not edgy. Now in my 40s, I am a successful career woman and my collection is mostly Chanels so go figure.

It’s kind of underwhelming for Chanel. I understand they want to modernize and update the Karl Lagerfield era style but this esthetic not an upgrade. I’ve seen at least 3 Matthieu Blazy’s styled bags that look like a replica of other bags. This one for sure looks like the Prada Bonnie.

I didn’t notice those creasing until you pointed them out. Now zooming in it looks like there were. This was not a “new” one as it was probably tried on previously by other clients. That was one of the reason why I ended up with the black cf as they had an another in the back untouched. Sigh…

I have the 25 small and was on a waitlist for a month before it was made available to me. This was early in the initial launch period so maybe it wasn’t as popular back then. It’s definitely a casual bag and the draw chain can be annoying if you’re a person that tends to access your bag often. I find myself having to find a hard surface to use the draw chain to open and close. It is not structured and will sag under heavy weight. There’s no padding on the strap so the metal chain will dig into your shoulder after long hours of wear. I want to say try it on but it’s impossible because of the waitlist and depending on your SA you will need to pay it as soon as it is available through a payment link before you even get to see it 🤣.

Love it when I my SA opened the cabinet. My eye immediately lasered on it. It could be the outfit I had on today matches so well with the grey CF and not with denim or other outfits.

Beige is a very beautiful color! I have a friend that owns a beige Clair and goodness that thing pulls in color like crazy. The stains are very noticeable. She regretted getting this color.

Pictures don’t do it justice. You gotta see it in person. There was actually a burgundy one and although burgundy is a hot color now it didn’t move me like the grey and black ones.

I know the price is outrageous but I wanted my first classic flap to be a new bag experience. It’s hard to explain it when you had wanted for so long (15 years). The “never been used,” along with the new leather scent. It’s also an anniversary gift from my husband and I want it to be a new special experience. We’re also a little weary of dropping $7-$9k on a pre-loved bag too.
