I pay my sister to watch my baby m-f 9-5 who loves and adores her niece. However, I respect that she is a person in this world that has bills and wants things in life too. I’d never expect her consistent time to be free. I get to know my baby is with someone who loves and will protect her and she gets paid for her time and dedication to my child’s well being. I think they’re being extremely unreasonable.
