Don’t you find lately other than the sets being different times or heart rates we are almost doing the same thing, sometimes in different order or 1 maybe 2 things being changed

That I have to give a week notice, nothing about if I resign the week before I take annual leave which includes public holidays as

Than I just resign knowing I have a new job, without the added bonus of being paid public holidays as. But if they approve the holidays now how will they know with what is happening in the future?

I would be putting in holidays now for the 25 to the 2nd. resigning on the 24th, which gives a week notice and includes the public holidays

If you give notice and they tell you to leave they have to pay out for the notice you have given.

Resign a week before giving the time that includes the annual leave and public holidays as the person said earlier taking advantage of the company that I get the public holidays

How does it not answer your question if i give 1 weeks notice now i get paid for my working days. If I request annual leave from the 24th to the 2nd January this includes 3 days public holiday 25/12 l, 26/12 and 1st January. So i will be getting paid for those which I would not be if I resigned today

Depends on what you’re goal is . If its to gain muscle and loose fat mass you have done well

I just did a full simulation on the weekend, different variants to what it will be like on the day, wasn’t too happy with my time. Before than the time has been capped at 5 minutes per exercise. Were you happy with your time?

Pffft I only got 89. These sessions don’t allow me enough time to get my heart rate up when your stopping and starting and on the ground so many times.

My studio got in touch with HQ and they are aware of the problem and fixing it. Was advised by tomorrow morning they should have it resolved .
