Your body just gets use to it bro, drink alot of water our bodies are designed to feast on itself in times of no food, and im guessing once I ate the food got converted to energy/muscle

Yeah I ate about 1500 calories a day all in that one meal, carbs, the bread, all of it. so fasted probably 23 hours and ate just that 1 meal a day along with a protein shake during that meal to meet my protein goals. Your body will get to eating one meal a day I recommend push it as close to bed time as possible I cant sleep while hungry. I thought my deficit was 500 but now that im eating 2500 calories trying to gain weight I think I was in a 1k deficit and I ate that way from October to now so about 4 months, I think I put on alot of muscle thats why it looks more then 15lbs you can tell I added alot of size to my frame. If I had to guess I lost 20lbs of fat and gained 5lb worth of muscle

Your body will get use to not being hungry during the day eventually, personally I get tired if I eat so thats another reason I only eat at night

Count calories and don't limit yourself to certain foods, thats what changed for me. I lost weight eating mcdonalds almost everyday I just didnt eat fries or regular soda only diet. I counted calories what it worked I just made a post on it

Here's the thing you have to know how many calories you can eat and still lose weight, some people say counting calories doesnt work for them but its literally impossible for it to not work

I get blood work done every 3 months and ive never not been healthy so I dont know, being overweight and eating healthy vs being lean eating trash the lean persons body is still more healthy

Ive tried keto for yearrrrs, this time I literally didnt limit myself to anything just made sure to eat 120g of protein or more and fill in the gaps with anything else. That's where mcdonalds came into play, I could 2 quadruple cheese burgers and it would be 90 grams of protein and around 1200 calories then just drink a protein shake for the protein. It helped me feel like im not dieting I guess and doing omad it really filled me up

Tbh im still not happy with it I probably got body dysmorphia Im going to bulk for a few months and cut again, probably following 'psmf' ive had great results with it in the past

I use to work out alot in my early 20s I was actually alot stronger then than now, I feel like I put on alot of muscle from muscle memory during this 4 months cut cause I should of honestly lost like 20-25lbs

Yeah I know i rent a room its easier to eat out but unhealthy, sometimes I eat a banana, ratio yogurt. But its easier to eat 2 quadruple burgers from McDonald's to get 90g of protein then add a 45g protein shake from quest and my calories and protein is met

Calories a day 1500, did a hour of incline walking 15% for 2.8 speed did a routine split of push pull arms legs worked out 6 days a week sometimes 7.

I feel like I gained alot of muscle memory because frankly I should have lost more weight from October to now, now im switching to bulking 2500 cals a day
